We are open to new members, so please come and join us if you think you may be interested either in performing or offstage. Please arrive early so we can start at 7.30. There will be a small charge of £3 to go towards cost of hall hire and refreshments are included in this.

This first script reading is a comedy called ‘Murdered to Death’ by Peter Gordon, an hilarious spoof of the best of Agatha Christie traditions, set in 1930’s.
Cast required: Female – 5, Male – 5. All ages, broad range.
Synopsis: The play introduces the inept and bungling Inspector Pratt, who battles against the odds and his own incompetence to solve the murder of the house’s owner. It soon becomes clear that the murderer isn’t finished yet; will the miscreant be unmasked before everyone else has met their doom or will the audience die laughing first?
